Another reason you need to know how to cure stress is that there are some symptoms that manifest in both physical and emotional issues. Since there are some common stress symptoms, it’s important that you know precisely what they are. For physical symptoms, you can have the following:

- Insomnia
- Fatigue
- Constipation

For emotional symptoms, you can have the following:
