Picture yourself driving or doing what brings on the attacks. Picture yourself staying calm, confident and in control. Don’t rush the process, as this will take time. If you take the time to learn how to stop panic attacks in a car before you’re actually driving it, you’ll be ready to do the real thing in no time.

If you want to know how to stop panic attacks in a car, it’s so important that, for safety sake, that you learn how to stop them before you get behind the wheel of your vehicle. If meditation doesn’t seem to work, consider speaking to someone about the problem at hand. When you can speak to a trusted friend or therapist about your feelings, you’ll determine what caused the attacks in the first place and find other ways to deal with it all.
