You’re a bit injured and terrified. Your body will produce adrenaline that can lead to panic disorder symptoms after the initial shock has worn off.

So how do you know if you are suffering from the symptoms of panic disorder? First, your heart may flutter. You can be taking in rapid but shallow breaths to the point that you feel dizzy and feel like you’re having a panic attack. While these are the more severe panic disorder symptoms you need to watch out for, there are others you need to be aware of.

One such symptom you need to be conscious of is the constant stressed feeling you get. Your body may ache in the muscles and joints. You may be prone to experience headaches.

For some people, panic disorder symptoms come in the form of psychological feelings. For instance, a person may feel isolated and depressed. They may feel lost from the real world. They may even begin to hallucinate and be paranoid.

These are not the only symptoms that you should be on the look out for. In fact, the list is rather long so it’s imperative that you learn about each one.  As you can tell, the symptoms widely vary from one another but still present the overall problem of panic disorders.

The big reason people become overwhelmed with panic disorder symptoms is that they are generally caught by surprised. However, if you learn everything about each one, you can deal with each one effectively and efficiently.

One of the best measures to fight the symptoms is to learn how to stay relaxed and breathe. If you can do this, you can beat the problem. If not, you’ll be going through life, wondering if it will ever end.
