Since you know what you should not be eating, what are the foods you should be taking with you to school and work? What foods should make up your diet? Make sure your diet has plenty of fruits, healthy carbohydrates, lean meats and vegetables. However, if you need some help, consider using the Internet, read a diet book or hire yourself a nutritionist.

However, don’t cheat more than once a week. As long as you follow the healthy diet, you’re going to look and feel better in no time.
